How high are the shipping costs of the advertising systems?
The shipping costs are calculated after adding products to the cart. The cost of shipping is based on the weight of the entire order and according the delivery address. When order is over 500 zloty netto in Poland, shipping is free.
How long does the delivery take?
The delivery time in Poland is 1 to 3 working days (calculated from the day on when the payment is put down on the bakn account). The delivery time outside Poland is 3 to 7 working days (calculated from the day on when the payment is put down on the bakn account). For the delivery time have influance the type of carrier, type of shipment and recipient's address and can may affect the change. In extraordinary periods, such as holidays, difficult road conditions or special promotions, the delivery time may be longer. For products of the aluminum frame category the delivery time can be extended by 2 - 4 days.
Can I personally pick up the ordered products?
No, AxOx is an online shop and you can only order the products online and get them delivered by courier to the specified address.
How can I pay for the order?

Do I have to create an account to place an order?
No, you do not need to create an account. You may order as a guest, but then you have no way to track the order status or too see the made orders.
What can I do if I forget my password?
Click on the "Forgot your password" link and enter your e-mail address that you provided when registering. We will send you a link immediately so that you can reset the old password and create a new password.

The products you add to the cart or on the wishlist are not reserved. The products will be reserved after you have made the payment.

After completing the order you will receive an e-mail from us with order confirmation. If you do not receive the confirmation, please contact us we will try to solve it.
How can I check the current statuse of my order?
You can track your order after logging into your account. If we change the status of the order you will receive a message to your e-mail address.
Can I modify or order my order?
As long as your order is not in production you can modify it by calling or e-mailing or charging. Any modification or cancelling of the order must be confirmed by us.
